1. To live a life that models being a disciple of Jesus by:

      a. Investing in your relationship with God the Father.

      b. Investing your life with other believers.

      c. Intentionally investing in relationships with those who don’t yet know Jesus.

      d. Living a balanced life with healthy rhythms of work and rest.

      e. Consistently and generously giving financially to your local church as the Holy Spirit leads.

      f. Bringing a courageous and teachable/learning heart to your role on the team.

2. Enthusiastically support the ministry staff and maintain belief and practices in unity with the leadership and the church’s vision and beliefs.

1. Ensure that weekly worship services are Jesus-centered, celebratory, well-planned and staffed with volunteers:

      a. Design and plan services in conjunction with Lead Pastor, guest speakers, creative team.

      b. Coach and direct worship leaders.

      c. Oversee all technical elements of the worship service (media, sound, music).

      d. Plan and staff special events accordingly (i.e. Christmas Eve Candlelight, etc.).

2. Identify, recruit, and develop new worship leaders

3. Provide Christian care to those serving in the worship ministry (i.e. getting to know them and praying for them).

4. Manage the worship budget.

5. Regularly connect with Lead Pastor and attend staff events, as able (i.e. retreats, dinners, etc.).
